i have a reoccuring dream that i am pregnant.In this dream i get the childs name tattood on my lower back.Many times i am peeing on a pregnancy test and it comes out positive.does this mean i am pregnant?

About 3 months before I got pregnant, I would have recurring dreams that I was at Disney World, walking around, and holding a baby. And then in August, it just so happened that I got pregnant. :)
The pregnancy was unplanned and I actually wanted to wait about 6 more years before I had a baby.
But a baby at any time is a blessing.
