With white skin etc (Yes, this has happened) Are they still considered black? (Not that it matters but just curious) :P

Scientifically, they are black. Socially they will be whatever.

I am black and white, and scientifically Mulatto, but socially I am Arab, Mexican, Indian, etc.

Such a child may find frustration, and then acceptance with respectful people's couriousity.

Wow, good question! I not sure, but I don't think DNA shows if your black, white, or chinese does it? I guess it would match your parents, so I guess it would. This skin color thing is a bunch of crap anyways. I have friends who's skin color is white and I have friends who's skin color is black. Not to sound prejudice to either skin color, but I no a lot of white trash scum and I also no a lot of *******. They mean the same in todays society. I do not want to offend anyone, but a person with a caring heart for other people is the same no matter what your skin happens to be!

They are black. You can tell they are black by the features and texture of their hair. I have seen a picture of it once before, but its pretty darn rare.

I've only seen one albino in person in life, and I think it was a white guy, but he looked freakin' scary. And I am pretty pale myself but I didn't hold a candle to this guy. Albinos in humans are so exceedingly rare so as to almost not merit mention.

Duh...What do you think? Skin color has nothing to do with your race and background? Albino is a type of birth defect, race is not a factor.
