I just came back from a Natural Health Store that practices alternative health care, and a technique called Muscle testing.. (I think that what it is called). You put your thumb and middle finger together on your left hand and someone asks your body quetions and it answers by either letting that person be able to pull your fingers apart or not. It can also tell you what your body needs. Well.. we were trying to figure out what kind of herbs and stuff my body is needing. I put my right hand on a bottle of Cortisol Formula, and the lady was not able to pull my fingers apart easily.. meaning this is something my body is needing. I don't know a lot about Cortisol, I know it is a hormone.. and is something that your body needs and produces. The product I am taking is from natures Sunshine. Does anyone know anything about what I am talking about. about the product.. and about the muscle testing? can anyone give me more insite?

Yes. Muscle testing (fancy name is kinesiology) works well to determine which products will strengthen the body. I use it all the time. Somebody told me Dr. Phil was showing ADD/ADHD kids how to use kinesiology to determine which foods were good for them to eat. I use and endorse Nature's Sunshine products. My naturopath uses their line almost exclusively. They have a full line of very high quality products.
