Don't tell them. If they are interested they will tell you. You could make sure you have a chance to chat with them and let them know how great you are so they can ask you out.

After spending some time with him, and after you know enough about him, just say 'Hey, you're fun to be around. I think I'm starting to like you...(or something to that extent)' He may have the same feelings and is just too afraid to say anything.

just have confidence a lot of it and you can tell him without really telling him you know thats what I did like through little messages and stuff like smiling etc...

You can flirt with them, smile at them, be nice , and most of all be yourself. Trust if he isnt stupid he'll figure it out. Or jus tell him.

smile at him. if you're shy, give him a glance in class, and talk to him a lil.
chances are, he likes you too. give it a chance.
if you're bold, go up to him and nudge him. then ask him out. good luck
