it is political bull sh1t as always like everything here, we might as well live in a dictatorship the way this country is going.
I used to live in an area where they originally tryed it and they wouldn't collect your wheelie bin if the lid was not completely closed, it just looks good on paper, for recycling but what they don't tell your is about everyone having to drive to the council "recycling" centre in individual cars (creating more pollution) and then still putting their rubbish in the skip which goes to landfill.
It is a JOKE!!!

News flash.. for me thats reality! I live in a house with no less than 5 other people, we have one wheelie bin - thats right, one wheelie bin, emptied once every two weeks, you can fit like 3 bin bags in it, if you leave the lid open they won't take it, if it's too full they won't take it.. our rubbish just piles up out the back, our landlord gets furious but there's nothing we can do.. in the summer the next door neighbours moved cus of the maggots.. we put the recycling out and sometimes they don't even take that either.. bastards!

I'm single, and compost a lot of my waste, and so could probably deal with that. But for a family, well, rubbish I say.

And for Candy G, Boxing Day isn't a holiday here.
