Not in the forseeable future. The best Raiders team ever couldn't win with this incompetent orginization. Art Shell and Tom Walsh are not capable of coaching a winning team.

The week after Art Shell is fired, Randy Moss is traded away, and Al Davis either sells the team or realizes that the "chuck the ball down the field as much as possible" strategy is about as useful as the Wishbone offense in the NFL.
