Is it ok for me 16 to have sex with a 19yr old? My mom says she can press charges on him cause she knows we have sex all the time?

yeah you can get in trouble. im 17 and my boyfriends about to be 21 and regardless if its consentual he can still go to jail. so if your mom says no than NO because she can do it with ease. luckily my mom understands just as long as its not in her house. talk to her about it. talk to her about getting birth control maybe if shes sees your mature about it she will feel diffrently

this depends upon the age of consent where you live. in some states this is legal, but in most it is not.
no form of birth control is 100 percent effective. if you are not willing to have and raise a child you should not be having sex. that is why those laws exist.
so find out if it is legal before you piss off your mom and she turns you in just to stop your activity. check out the site below.

No she can't. There has to be a five year age difference and once you turn 16 I believe that all goes away.
