you dont need to scared. blood can be pink, red, brown, black. brown is just old blood. this is fairly common as long as this is the time for your period. any bleeding outside of your period should be evaluated. if you are on any hormonal bc this could be an explanation (pill, ring,shot,patch). if not on any bc, see a doctor if it continues for 2 more months for reassurance, but i really dont think you need to be concerned.

As long as you aren't going through more than 1 tampon every couple of hours you're probably fine. It's quite normal for the blood to change colors. If however you start going through tampons or pads at a really fast rate it's time to get checked.

Yes, on the first and last day it's usually a little brownish for me. It's kinda normal, especially on the last day because that's when all the older stuff is coming out.

Yep I have and it is mostly in the beginning when I am starting..do not be alarmed...unless you are not feeling well and want to get it checked out but calm down it is normal honey.

it depends on how long it's been brown. if it was only once, it just could've been the lighting. if it's been more than once, do some research or ask someone older like your mom. don't worry!

my doctor called this "old blood" blood that hadnt moved out of the uterus from the last time...if you are worried call your gyn and have a check up...

is it the first day or last day of your cycle.maybe its not your cycle but break though bleeding,sometimes this could happen when you are on the pill.
