Clomid side effects and cramping?

Have just finished my first cycle of clomid and am now on day 18 of my cycle for the last few days I have had cramping in my lower stomach, not period cramping though. Also my breasts are a bit sore and feel different and I am tired. Are these side effects of clomid or is there a chance they could be early signs of pregnancy?

Hi-
I took clomid- over 20 years ago.
The only thing I recall as a side effect were VERY bad cramps- (more then regular period cramps)- when I started each month that I didn't become pregant.
With home tests so accruate these days- if youhave any doubt or suspicion- you could test.
The main advice I can give you- is when you get your period (if you dont' get PG)- stay positive. A healthy happy body works best and depression could lead to more infertlity problems.

i took clomid for a number of cycles and of all the nasty side effects i dont recall those - i do recall the hot flushes, depression and weight gain................i hated that drug

sounds like early signs of pregnancy. You tend to get a slight cramping during implantation, and your breast tend to get sore not sure why though
