You could have an STD called HPV (human papillomavirus). I know that sounds scary but dont freak out just yet. There are over 100 strains of HPV and they can range from asymptomatic (no symptoms at all) to cancerous. Most of the time you contract this virus and you body fights it off by itself, so basically you never know you even had it. Other times it can cause a host of semi-serious to serious problems. Bottom line: it could possibly be HPV since the virus manifests itself in various ways. Dont feel grossed out though, some research suggests that 3 in 4 sexually active people will have HPV at some point. Basically theres a 75% chance that everyone that has sex without a condom will get HPV at some point in their life. Since HPV can be symptom free your doctor might have rued it out as an option.

It sounds like there is nothing wrong with you persay...just guessing here but you may just not be producing enough lubrication naturally and will need to use some sort of lubrication to prevent tearing when you have sex.

When I was in my early 20's, I began to spot some after sex. It turned out to be cervical polyps (benign), but they had to be tested and were removed. I've had repeat episodes which always start with spotting. Has your ob/gyn checked for this?
