Ebay is about your only option, nobody sells RDRAM anymore and if they do it is absurdly expensive. Even on eBay you are gonna have to pay a pretty good amount, unfortunately cheap and RDRAM are not two words that go together. Try Ebay- lots of memory sellers there, even for less popular types of RAM (why on earth would you want RDRAM?). Just be sure to check the feedback.
