You might want to try cleaning your printer heads as well as the cartridge. Shake it a bit (make sure the openings are covered and you have something to wipe your hands with.) and retry. Also, you can try going through your printer program to see if there's a printing problem- do a test print to see if you can calibrate it or something.
If all else fails, you can always try a new printer cartridge.
