....even though I offered her money for the kids we have for custody, she'd accept, then ask for more, then accept the new deal, then ask for more...and since I work alot, and am my own boss, I could work at home and fight for full custody and more than likely win says MANY people, which is what I think she really wants, but she wants ME to OFFER her ALOT more money for this, privately, than the law would even allow her for child-support (she can only get so much) and do so by "selling me" the kids in private conversations (in whispers), it makes me sick, so she wants ME to take them-we were only married six years and she is SO pissed that she cannot get alimony. To tell you how much she likes kids/and vice versa...the first two kids she had with her first husband moved in with him AS SOON AS they turned 12-(the age they are allowed to decide who they want to live with) So, she is saying i work too much, which is the reason I find it fair to have them stay with her? But then she makes life and VISITATION SO incredibly chaotic its almost impossible, so I rarely get to see my kids, at all. And she lies about it, she's not stupid. So, last night while having a beer at a pub, a woman who works for one of the most prestigious family attorneys in the city, listened to EVERYTHING I had to say, understood I thought that I also thought I worked too much, and my fairness in understanding in this for the kids was commendable-and since she won't let me see the kids until its permanent and she has money, it seems, and since she is re-married (after 3 months-sure she cheated) to a man that makes 100k a year---with ALL involved (and its so much you'd think she was Satan), she, the attorneys assistant whispered to me that since almost ALL of my money is overseas already, and not frozen-MOVE overseas, don't send the ex ANYTHING for ANYTHING-then make contact with my kids when they are 12 and explain it all to them then, garbage ex's mail--ONLY ? SHOULD I?

So, she in reality wants you to have the kids for astronomical money, or, she will keep them and make it impossible for you to see them. She sounds sweet. I can tell you she can limit where you move if you get them anyways, in court. Call 1-866-813-7355 and ask for Re/Max international. She won't be able to collect anything. Where'd you find this gem? Sorry Pal.

The reply is truthfully sure, and no :) Yes: Jewish ladies are commonly some distance from being subservient and correctly are normally the dominant drive within the loved ones and dwelling. And in Judaism, a girl has grounds for divorcing a person if he fails to delight her among the sheets :) No: you're right in that there HAVE been issues for a few orthodox ladies. There had been a small quantity of circumstances in which the husband has, commonly quickly, refused to 'provide the get', because it had been, and those attracted a first-class deal of exposure. But normally, Jewish ladies do not have any issues whatever. And obviously within the UK, British legislation ALWAYS is over and above Jewish devout legislation.

are you in the us or canada. in the us the divorce decree can be changed usually only every 3 yrs unless extreme cicrumstance warrant otherwise. canadian laws are too loose on this issue and favor the women.

here learn more this site has actual divorce cases. www.canlii.org

access info on the justice dept of canada, divorce act, look for the elaws for your province, and look at canadian supreme court cases and court of appeals.

in the us you really must submit proof of income via the court in canad ayou give each other the info. they still have the old honor system. you can also ask her to submit income info and the like.

You need to get her acceptance of your offer in writing and notarized. you need to share all info with your attorney. Do what is best for your children, do you really want them to be with a woman like that? Pin her down on paper and then she will not be able to change the rules on you. I am a woman and think that any woman who would "sell" her kids is despicable
