In fantasy football what exactly does the waiver number mean? For example, what does it mean if somebody is waiver #1? How does that differ from someone who is waiver #15?

The numbers are the order someone gets to pick someone that is put on waivers. For example. If someone puts Tom Brady on waivers, there is a 2 or 3 day grace period before he is off waivers and whoever wants him and has the lowest number (#1) gets him. So if all 15 people add him, the person with the lowest waiver number gets him. After someone picks someone up off waivers, his number goes to the lowest (#15) and everyone moves up.
