I believe that the Internet is anything but socialism- it's unadulterated capitalism with a huge pinch of chaos thrown in- it can't be predicted and obviouly it cannot be controlled... It is however, Social evolution.

so I guess the answer is no...

What is socialism? Equal justice for everyone, no one being left out because of poverty or incapacity. Therefore, yes. It's also democracy, free speech, and the right to make a fool of oneself in front of millions of people.

it's simply shared information.
if it were socialism., we would be able to make the government do things with this information,
but sinced we live in a fascist state, it really doesn't matter anyway.
