I studied mechanical engineering, and frankly it was really, really hard and didnt give me much time to socialize during college.
It doesnt really give you enough of an education at the bachelaruate level to learn how to do anything.

I think if you can stomach nursing, you can find a job anywhere.
Pharmacy is probably better, because you deal less with people and make more money than a nurse.

Becoming a lawyer, doctor or dentist would be a good career choice due to the money they make.

In the end, its all about the money....if there is something in your life that you love to do, keep it as a hobby, but don't do it for a living.

Those are all good suggestions, but the big question you need to ask is what are you interested in? Where are you most talented, & what field holds long-term attention for you personally.

Whatever you choose, make sure that it's something you want to do. A field you want to contribute to & one that will keep you occupied & learning. Money isn't everything & if you're in a boring career that you don't like, you won't last anyway.

Everyone has different strengths, talents and interests. No one can answer this question except yourself. Do you want to be happy everyday? Do you want a career or a job? You don't care about what you do but want a lot of money or you care about helping people more than money.

Do some research on each career area at your local college placement center.

Listen, you need to look at who you are, what you like and don't like and what you want out of life. Is it money and security? Are you creative? Are you a perfectionist? Are you really social or an introvert? Know yourself and you will know what fields will suit you.
