Hell, yeah! The Disney Channel used to be so awesome when they had shows like that. I definitely remember that show. And then there was "Dumbo's Circus," which was basically the same thing except with different characters.

Book of Pooh part of the Disney preschooler educational programing line up. They should be out on video and DVD.
