I don't think it matters.
For instance, I'm English, German, Scottish, Irish, Scots-Irish, French, and Spanish. But my family has been in America since the 1700's, and none of my relatives speak another language natively, I don't consider myself anything. After you get so many different countries in you, it doesn't matter.
If you were doing something like filling out college applications, then, for you in particular, I would check the boxes that say, "Asian" and "White."
