An error is a mistake you make.

A forced error is when for example your oppenent hits a really good shot like a short cross court and your standing at the baseline. You try to run for it but you miss it. That is a forced error.

An unforced error is like you're rallying and you hit the ball long. Kinda like an accident.

An error is just when you blow a ball that you should have had and you miss. A forced error is when your opponent hits a offensive shot and you barely get there and miss. An unforced error is like we said before, your opponent hits you a normal ball and you blow it.

A forced error is an error that an opponent forces you into making by hitting a diificult-to-return shot. An unforced error is a mistake that you make without having been placed under undue pressure by your opponent.

Forced-Error that the opponent had more to do with than you.
Ex:Opponent its the ball and the ball hits the net and bounces onto yourside, you run as fast as you can and barely make contact with it but it goes back into the net or off court.

Unforced-Your fault
Ex:Your getting cocky and think that you can win on this really what looks like a could be smash. You hit the ball on the wrong part of the racquet its hard enough but goes up against the fence behind the opponent

Error-AKA a fault-A mess up

O.K firstly an- unforced error is when the player inflicts it themselves without any pressure from the opponent.
-secondly an error on it's own is when the player makes the mistake due to pressure that their opponent is putting on them at time of play hence causing an error. Hope that's clear enuff for you!

an error is a missed shot.

unforced-feet are set 2 hit a groundstroke/volley but the shot is missed

forced-feet are not set to hit a shot. good example is a angle shot and you are scrambling to hit a lob or a slice to return it
