The mean is most likely to be effected, this is the average calculated by adding all the numbers then dividing by how many there are. The less numbers you are trying to find the average of the greater the effect an outlier will have. The Median is the middle number when all of them are organised in ascending order, it will have minimal effect on this. The mode is the most common number so a single outlyer is not going to effect this.
The answer is the mean

Do you mean which of the mean, median or mode? If so, the mean is the answer. An outlier (an outrageously high or outrageously low) would more greatly affect the mean than it would the median or mode.
