you get 10x more stuff with the phone than you would buying it from cingular or samsung or whatever...plus their unlocked and cheap...
they might not seem that way but they are.........

ebay, i say get a slvr, do a search of unlocked under the cellphone section, it depends on how cheap you can find it

i dont think the companies sell them without securing them (locking them) but you could try ebay.com people are always selling them there only down side is you don't know exactly what your buying cellphonewise on ebay.com
