I found this helpful for me. www.repairclinic.com
you can enter your model # and it will give you a diagram of your unit and order replacement parts. You can even ask questions.
Mine is a GE and the stops are at the front of the track and they
come off. Good luck.

grab the front and lift. it should lift out. I use repairclinic all the time. get the model number off the door frame.
