It could be a variety of different things.
First of all, I would contact my Physician if it's something that you feel is "Not Normal"..
Like perhaps a kidney infection?? This is always a possibility, and it's better to rule out something like this than letting it go.

This could also be the baby just moving, adjusting itself for the final month. Getting ready to lodge itself into the birth canal. This is a very uncomfortable last month, and many unusual things are going on inside of your right now.
All very normal and nothing to be afraid of in the least.
You will encounter aches and pains that you never imagined. You will also have something called Braxton/Hicks which is very normal. It may feel like false labor, alot of pressure, aches and pains in your backside, front, upper leg area..
This is a very normal function for the soon arrival of your new baby.....
If you have any concerning questions, please call your doctor and he/she will answer any of your questions...

Best of Luck :)

It depends on where it is in on your back. It could be caused by anything from baby's position to muscle pains but it could also be a sign of something more.

If it is sort of mid or higher and you are having any trouble with urination (I know... but more troulbe than useual), breathing, or your jaw you would want to check in with your Dr. for sure. It is hard to know from the way described it it would be very helpful to know the kind of pain and the location.

Relax and keep an eye on it. Drink fluids, try to find a comfortable position and don't over do it. If it keeps around or gets worse don't be affraid to call your OB or an on-call nurse, that is what they are there for.

it truly is complicated to correctly known without extra records. If it is your first being pregnant it ought to be from ligaments stretching to accomodate for the becoming infant. decrease back discomfort on the two section may be an illustration of a kidney situation (ie kidney an infection, stones...), ought to be braxton hicks yet I doubt it if the discomfort is on your back. in the experience that your no longer recognizing or doubling over in discomfort i could assist you comprehend to call your physician and enable them to correctly known what's occurring - they might desire to work out you as a precaution. If it gets too painful or you initiate recognizing - i could pass to the ER and enable them to examine it out ASAP in case you may no longer get into the drs.
