im 19yo.now weight 60kg.170cm tall.i want to gain weight. i worked out everyday and i found out that i hat increased my weight by 10kg in just 5 month. i want to increase it more .so what should i do?
what max weight can i get?

No wonder it's taking you so long. You are burning way too many calories. Sit down and grab a couple boxes of Twinkies and relax. The weight will start piling on.

You sound like me when I was a teenager... but believe me, as you grow older, the pounds will come... like it or not. I wouldn't worry at this point about putting on weight... focus instead on healthy habits of eating and exercise for a lifelong process of doing what's right for your body. I'm 47... and for being a skinny fellow all through high school, I actually had a weight problem back around the age of 30... thankfully, I shed some pounds and changed my lifestyle to eat better and exercise more.

Protein shakes, really dark beer, and very little aerobic exercise, I bet you can gain 10lbs, what the hell is that in kg

I think you are totallly wrong.. but if you insist in increasing your weight.. eat potatoes, French fries, and all that fattening fried chicken, etc and plenty of ice cream... BUT. you are wrong to do so
