My advice is that you can't actually "plan" on going to Juilliard. The competition among female dancers to get in is about the most difficult in the world. You have to be extremely talented. You can, though, set your sights on attending a college dance program with a national reputation for providing professional training, and there are at least a dozen one could place in that category.

You're at a good age to start the slow process of learning about good college dance programs and which ones you might be interested in. They are spread all over the country, so if you could work out with your family a way to start visiting some while school is in session, you'll benefit greatly from the first-hand experience. (Your spring/Easter break is a good time to go.)

Next, I hope you're attending, or plan to attend, one of the top pre-professional dance schools for high school (NCSA, Interlochen, La Guardia, New World, etc), as their graduates stand a better chance of getting admitted to Juilliard. If you're not, then you'll need to at least attend some of the top summer intensives. Juilliard offers their own summer intensive for students who are 15-17 years old. Obviously, attending that improves your chances of getting into the college program, but it's still no guarantee.

There are many roads that lead to a performing career in dance, not just Juilliard, so don't pin all your hopes on one elite program.

i don't know why you put it into the dancing section, but julliard is more of a music school. you have to be really good to get into it.
