I don't know if we ever get where we are completely not taking things personal. I am older than you sound. But my advise would to trust God and let him help you make those choices.
Like at work if you have to do something, look at it like it is something they are asking you to do for the good of the company. As for stress. consider the job you have. Some of more stressful than others. Some people are just trying to stress you out. At work or school. just think in so many hours you will be away from all of that stress and can do something that you like to do. Then when you break free, do something that you enjoy.

Some people are jerks and mean to be mean to you, personally. In that case, they are the problem, not you. There is no way to get them on your side by making a fuss.

Sometimes, you screw up and personally are responsible for the problem. Admit the error quickly and take responsible corrective action. You're not perfect, so if anyone makes a negative remark, you can say: "Yes, I messed up." Then you've deflected the bite out of their criticism.

Because you're not perfect, you are going to mess up on your commitment. Don't obsess on any slips.

I've read some good answers to this. Here's my take:
There are things in life which you can't control. There are things which you CAN control, such as your response to stress & things or people that stress you out.
Here's a prayer that will help. You've probably heard it before. It's old, but timeless.
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can & the wisdom to know the difference."
