I'm in Romania now and i love this country... nice people, wonderful places to visit... but there is a problem...you must always be careful if there's a gipsy around. YThey steal anything, they are sometimes agressive, their beggars simply don't let you pass unless you give them something. People here told me that they refuse to go to school, they refuse any form of civilization, they ignore any rule and they make children only to get social income and to make beggars out of them. What can be done with such people who refuse any help and ignore everything around them?

It’s sad, but until these people have incentive to become part of civilization they will sponge off ours.
Take away their benefits, or somehow make being irresponsible less attractive.

I encountered gypsies in rome years ago...kids trying to get thier hand in my pocket....women begging...dont know much about thier culture to be honest....I just keep my wallet in my front pocket...and keep walking through em till they move...and they do move...remember to keep you hand over your valubles...as they are good at distracting with a bump or nug and before you know it .....poof....it is gone......
wonder what they think about , the rest of us? are we considered sheep to be preyed upoun..or do they view us as fools for going to school and attempting to obey the laws....peace

Its hard to know how to deal with things like this without making the situation worse.
I could only say keep trying to extend the hand of 'normal' society, maybe one day they will except.
When they stop feeling like outcasts maybe they will stop acting like outcasts.

if they dont hurt u , leave them alone.....you should always havbe one of each kind...u will always get different answers and veiws.
