I'm only asking, because I can't seem to understand why girls seem to be so obsessed about having their tongues pierced. Is it really just a sex thing, like women perform fellatio better on a man or, am I maybe missing something?

I would like to know the answer to this also. My stepdaughter has one and weve never understood it. She wasnt raised to do things like that. No one else in the family has peircings. I think it was the crowd she was around after she moved out.
It looks nasty and her dad is always telling her that if she comes around, she better not have that piece of sh*t in her mouth. I think it looks bad. Doesnt make her attractive, for sure.

I personally think that tongue rings are disgusting too but above I read that someone put "why pierce anything?" Well, what do you guys think about navel piercing? I think that is defers for every person, and we all have our preferences, but is navel piercing gross like the tongue or is there a difference? Just a question! I'm taking it into consideration.. getting my belly button pierced I mean. So that's why I asked.

It grosses me out. I think girl's just do it cuz it makes them look like a badass or whatever. It's kinda like why pierce anything.

It's just a fashion statement and some girls just like it to get the boys attention and act nasty with it just to show out.And sometimes they do do it for sexual reasons.

my dad had to operate on this girl who got her tounge pierced he had to cut her whole tounge off cuz her piercing got infected now she cant talk for the frest of her freakin life dosent that suck...I have my lip pierced

They think that it makes them 'wild' and 'unique' when it really is so common these days that it is just another way to conform.
