I used a much stronger link to investigate this for something I was thinking about for Psychology, but the page doesn't seem to exist any more. Anyway, there are definitions of most of the paraphilias here, jst scroll right down to where it says "List of Paraphilias". Each item in the list if hyperlinked to a fuller definition and explanation page.
