Get some photos together of the 2 of you and make him a scrapbook,he will love it more then something you buy!

Make him a really special birthday card. (If you absolutely believe you can't draw, cut up old magazines and make a collage.)
And then, make him a birthday cake, his favorite flavor(s), of course.
You could also invite him over for a romantic meal which you prepared. Don't forget to put candles on the table (as well as the cake)!
Make him a "coupon" book: this coupon good for one car wash, this coupon good for one back rub...that sort of thing.
Have a Happy Birthday party!

final time I checked a bj does not fee something ;) yet whilst this isn't the course you prefer to circulate you may make a meal for him and only spend the night together. Plan out a pair of nutrition suggestions, hire a action picture, and cuddle together. Redbox action picture expenditures $a million. nutrition(perhaps a real meal and then a dessert) expenditures much less $15 in case you do it stunning.

depends on your age but i once made a "coupon book" for my boyfriend with little things like a massage, one night of controlling the t.v remote, one day of being treated like a king, u get the idea he loved it

One nice thing for you to make would be a "certificate book". Make little tickets that say "good for one car washby me",one home cooked meal made by me, etc etc etc. You can put some "spice" in it too.

You could make him a CD or you could make him a picture CD with music on it also

Make him something simple, like a homemade card, and then do something special for him. If you're young, make it an ice cream, and if you're older, you'll have your own (sexy!) ideas.

you are broke...so yo can't buy anything for him.....
your presence in his incoming birthday is a good gift...make him feel special.......or maybe write him a very romantic letter.....like...what is your plans in the future with him.....where do you want to spend your honeymoon....anything romantic....
