I went to look at an apartment today... it seemed nice/clean perfect for me... except for the person that was showing it to me... kept on saying "theres no roaches, theres no roaches".... she said it was 4 different times during the showing..... what does it mean!? that there isnt really any cockroaches? or that there is cockroaches and she is just trying to cover it up?! help!!!

That's hard to answer maybe roaches is a major issue in most apartments in that area and she's displaying the fact that they don't have that issue or maybe there were roaches but they've taken care of that recently and just trying to confirm that with you

I would thing that the other apartments have experienced roaches before. Perhaps they had an exterminator come in and spray for roaches before showing it. I'd say go ask the neighbors if they have roaches. If they say yes, then ask the person why she said no roaches.
Ask if the apartment manager has all the apartments sprayed frequently. However if you like the apartment and can afford it then see about getting a contract for the owners to keep it roach free.

She is always spraying for roaches because she doesnot like them. So there is a bug man that comes to spray. If you are interested in this apartment I would go by and talk with other people who live in the apartment building besides her. Get facts on the building from the Department of health or other agancies. I would even call her back ask her about it before you make a move on thinking about moving in there..

She could've just been trying to emphasize that there were no roaches. I would hope she was telling the truth but there probably are roaches.

Girl it MAY not be any roaches but it's something wrong with it!!!Maby roaches maby spiders keep looking for the right place!!!Cause if not you'll be trying to sue her/him

GO there first thing in the morning or after dark. Go to the kitchen and turn on a light. If they are there they will run for cover at these times.

I would be suspiscious but if you really liked the apartment you could have her sign something saying that she will exterminate every so often.
