"OK if I'm 14 almost 15 and i just had a baby with an 18 year old can he get in trouble?"

The quick answer to your question is "It depends." And you didn't come here to be judged, so let's stick to the question.

I'm going to assume that you just gave birth after a normal pregnancy. That means that nine months ago you weren't "almost 15" and that's what matters. Your baby's daddy won't get in trouble because you had a baby, but he might get in trouble because he had sexual relations with you. Of course, nine months ago was he 18? It sounds as if there's about three years and some months difference in your age. And that too matters.

I said "It depends" because there are a couple of states in the U.S. where a fourteen year old female can consent to sexual relations. And there are several states where you can't actually consent until you're 18 years old. Most states are somewhere in between-- somewhere around 16 years of age for females.

Many states also allow for sexual relations between young people who don't have that big of an age difference. Or if it isn't allowed, then the punishment isn't as serious if the age difference is much greater. Many states also don't make it a crime if the two parties are married. Without knowing what state you're in it's impossible to give you more precise information.

But your big worry right now should be to prevent another pregnancy. (I'd suggest abstinence--no sexual intercourse-- or at least stick to oral sex-- until you get a little older). But I realize that you might feel that once you started having sex it was hard to stop-- for lots of different reasons. Still, are you really ready for another baby?

Depends on the age of consent where you live in the UK it is 16 so he could be put on the sex offenders register as a paedophile and probably face a prison sentence. Also (the UK) even if you did give your consent as you are under 16 it wouldn't make a differance as you are not old enough to give your consent. Sorry

Yes and you need your a$$ kicked too. This is 2006 and there is no excuse for anyone to get pregnant today unless it is a planned pregnancy. That is one of the problems in this country today, babies like you having babies. You don't have a clue about having and raising babies. Shame on the both of you. The innocent baby will be the one who suffers.

First of all your a minor and he is an adult and if you didn't consent to having sex yes he can be charged with statutory rape or your parents can charge him since your a minor. If you did consent to sex nothing they can do. But he will have to pay child support for the next 18 years.

Its called statutory rape whether you were consenting or not. You were under the legal age so your 18-year-old boyfriend is a rapist and belongs in prison where rapists go. But just think, you and your baby can grow up together!!

I think that there is one state in the United States that allows 14 years old to have sex.

If the law allows you to have sex then he is okay.

If the law says no, then he can get into trouble.

Poor baby.

yes he can if your parents press charges on him for statutory rape. He is legally 18 therefore an adult and you are considered a minor. Now if your parents are ok with it then no need to worry.
