Of course topless saleswomen are allowed in Liverpool. It's because they all keep getting their clothes stolen by thieving scousers!!

I've been all through Europe and topless beaches and stores are very common over there. My friends and I went to a beach and after everyone was starring at us because we had tops on we just left. England is one place that is more strict though. France and Switzerland have the most topless beaches so you could go there as well if your that desperate as to go to Europe to see naked women.
It's appalling if you ask me that women just show there body off like that but not everyone has high morels.

I heard that in one american state it is against the law to have sex with a dead fish, it doesnt go on to say anything about a live fish so that must be ok!

That is wierd!
The only one I know of is in Birmingham, MI and it's not really wierd. It is against public ordinance to kiss in public. As far as I know it's still on the books.
