EA Sports is the parent company to Pogo. With that said these steps should get you rolling they have a very rapid response. EA handles all Pogo's problems and has a 24 hour on-line customer service center. You will need to:
Go to http://www.ea.com
Select the SUPPORT tab in the upper right hand corner
You now will see Pogo's logo from there you can seek help via the selection of questions listed or proceed to send an email to a representative. They are extremely helpful.
Again start at www.ea.com then choose your country.

You need to log into pogo, at the top right click on the help tab, that brings you to ea.com and on there you can contact pogo.
