the story of it is the artist is the next door neighbor and he has a crush on the girl in the next apartment. he never tels her, but he makes small talk. the hears her cry at night and he finaly tells her how he feels in a letter wich he gives to her at her funeral after sh commits suiside. he asks for god to forgive her the whole song.

this song played at least 15 times on a local college radio station( 90.9 Clover Park) last night and all I remember of the chorus is "dear lord forgive her for what she do".
