100 lbs in 4 months????...on a good weight loss / exercise plan that is long term (over 2 wks), you should lose about 5 lbs...possibly 7...a week-and that's really pushing it.

Check out Weight Watchers-it really does work. But you have to make reasonable goals and stick to them.

YOu can't without some time of reconstructive surgery. You could easily lose 20 to 30 by just switching up your diet and excersize routine.

that's 25 lbs a month, not quite a pound a day. mmmm? hope you plan to be hungry for the next 4 months. should of started sooner!!!!

Umm not possible..unless your doing drugs...lol..theres no way...maybe 60pounds...if your working out everyday for about 6 hours a day and watching what you eat.
