You don't have to use a return address, but it is preferred in case the recipient has moved and it must be returned.
If the postage is 52 cents, you'll be overpaying if you use two 37-cent stamps (74 cents). Go to the post office and buy a 15-cent stamp.

It is good to have a return address, however some business mail does not requere a return address. If you have a printed address label, that works well in all cases, it can fit on the front or the back of a card or envelope. As for your postage stamps, with two stamps at .37c each you would be overpaying postage by 15 c. The post office has stamps that are of lesser value, 1c. 2c are available, and when you go ask for others. You can purchase some extra ones so you would have them on hand , when you again need to send the letter that requiers the 52c stamp

A return address is essential because if they didn't receive it, no one can return it back to you..............If you take it to a post office, they can weigh it for the right amount of postage....How do you know it is 52 cents? Then Yes, two stamps will do.......

No you don't. It is only required if it is needed to get back to you. Double check the address it is sent to so that it won't need to get back to you.
