Birthdays are really special yeah, so u gotta plan it with special people:
1. Spend the entire day with friends, preferrably not more than five.
2. Discover one thing that each of them like and spend @ least 2 hours doing that thing. Go to a park, go to a special place, someplace magical etc.
Alternatively you can spend that day with that one special somebody. It doesn't really matter what you do...as long as the person is special. You might not want a party cos you can also have a party some other day..

Invite your 4 close's friends to stay in a hotel. I can be close or far. That's what i'm doing
