Best celeb, you say? JOHNNY DEPP!! Hehe, here's my reasons. A) He's such a great actor, and fits well into each character he plays in his movies. And B) He's so hott, I so consider him the sexiest man alive, besides Jude Law (whom looks is everything, but acting level does not meet Johhny Depp's). Good question! #)
