Actually its possible but only would be available for limited areas. This isnt something out of tom clancy. Someone well educated in the technology knows that private companies (including private owners) can pay to have their own satellite sent up. Of course there are laqs and such limitedhow advaced your tech can be and the government has tech itself to protect you looking over certain areas but its more then possible if you have the money. FYI google does have the money but It would not be practical!

No, it would cost way too much money for any of these sites to have a live camera on every piece of the country at the same time, just think about it.
