i need help with my cell phone !!!?

my cell phone is not working right and so is my text message and i need to know how can you text message some one on line like i'm going to text message some one throw their phone on my computer ....my cell phone is a cingular

i'm not quite sure i understand your question but i think you would put in their email address where you would normally put their phone # in to text. depending on your phone you may have to select email rather than text message also
