because of the coaches and all they do is buy players. Look how much money they spend to get the "best" players and they dont know what to do with them . Its like this every year till they learn how to draft well, and get some coaches that know what they are doing they are going to be a high maintence team with a losing streak

look to the owner. can You imagine how far ahead the REDSKINS would be if He would have left the organization as it was 8 to 10 years ago, when He bought it ? instead, He got rid of all the good coaches and, players He had and, started trying to buy a super bowl.
