Everyone says it's France. That makes a lot of sense but what do you think?

France is a good answer, but I think that a majority of the cowards come from the White House and Capitol Hill.

where do they come from? everywhere!
The guy who killed those Amish kids was a coward. The Senator who doesn't vote his conscience is a coward. The man(or woman) who doesn't face his responsibilities is a coward. The reporter who stays hidden and just reports HIS side of the story is a coward. The extremist who hides behind his neighbors is a coward. The person who won't even listen to the other side of a question is a coward.

It amazes me that so many of the Democrankies who answered your question are accusing Republicans of being cowards when they are the party of cut & run. John Kerry, their darling poster child for long faces, lied about his service in Viet Nam, put himself in for decorations he didn't deserve, bugged out early and then accused the brave men whom he served with of all sorts of crimes. Teddy Kennedy killed a young woman who was not his wife, after a night of drunken debouchery and couldn't even muster up the courage to admit that he's a womanizing alcoholic. Hillary Clinton lies every time her foul heart beats but she probably learned that from her womanizing skunk of a husband who wagged that stinking finger of his in America's face and proclaimed that he didn't have sex with an impressionable young woman. On top of that, she's going down in history as the only First Lady to have been under criminal indictment. Sandy Berger stuffing documents in his pants; Patrick Kennedy and his drug & alcohol abuse; Gerry Studds porking underage Congressional Pages; Howard Dean lying so often that you can't believe a word he says, these are the real cowards and they come from the Democratic Party,.

Cowards aren't born that way but crack under pressure when the odds are so overwhelming that the only way they see out is to either run or surrender. Even a coward can redeem himself.

I wouldn't say from any particular country. The French have a bad rep because of WWII though.
Republicans are scared to change Bush's foreign policies. It's time for a change.

Cowards fund terrorism, get others to do their fighting, and fight wars abroad so their homes don't get wrecked, and their children killed.
That would be the USof A., land of the feebleminded.

Welllllllllll, since you ask! I was reading on e-bay the other day about old army rifles for sale. It indicated that these were French army rifles that had never been fired, and only dropped once!

I believe cowards are conceived from those who are unintelligable and unmotivated folks who cower in fear of any issue.
