So, everyone goes to the ice rink on this specific night. Well, my best friend was there and we were skating and she went up to ask this guy if he liked her. Well, I tried to catch up but she kept speeding up and left me in the dust. Then, about a half-hour later she gets the nerve to come up to me and asks me if I want to skate with her. I declined her offer, and later told her I was upset with her. She appologized but it was a quick walk-as-you-go "Sorry". Should I confront her about it or drop it?

Hmm, maybe she didn't hear/see you when you tried to catch up to her. Maybe you should drop it but let her know that you were trying to catch up with her and felt upset that she didn't want to go skate with you 1/2 hour later.

Misunderstandings happen a lot with friends. :)

I would drop it. Confronting her will get you no where. Next time she sees the guy , she'll forget about being sorry for the time before , anyway.

ah, the life of a young person- so quick to change---- it's a maturity thing- and it only comes with age, so unless your Perfect, let it go, now if she continues to be obnoxious, let her go, there are some really wonderful people in this world to be friends with

I think if you are her friend, you should let her know so she doesnt do it again. If you keep quiet about it, she'll probably think you had no problem with it and it could happen again. I think you should let her know that friends before ... well yeah.

I'd drop it. I could see why you'd be a little upset...but still this to me seems like a dumb reason to be mad.
