"Purple" states they belive in truth...the "truth" is that some of us who were born guys really do like wearing womens clothes.
Most start out by having a sexual fetish for it..and some of us come to realise that this is more to us than just trying to look like a girl...and we acually want to be girls.
People hate us because we don't conform to "the norm"..that's probably why people olso hate goths and people who wear enthnic clothes.
When a woman go'es to work in a manly looking trouser suit no-one points,stares or makes rude comments..why should a man dressed as a woman be any different?

Because if they look at a transvestite, they see themselves looking into a mirror. If you understand and do not hate you have no problem with transvestites. People hate seeing something of themselves in others not conforming to the mainstream. Thus the saying "me thinks you doth protest too much."

Honey I do not hate transvestites...I feel that is your personal choice and I support your choice...I am sad for those who do not understand people and their choices but you have a hard road ahead of you, I am not gonna lie. I hope all goes well for you hon..

People hate for all different reasons. It could be they are uncomfortable with whatever is different from what they perceive as normal. For years and years people have been treated badly for being different. When you think of it though, our differences are what makes us unique to others.

it's not the societal norm. i'll admit it, when i see a girl dreesed like a boy (and i know a person like this), i'm okay with it, but guys dressed like girls are people i tend to stay away from... sorry, but i believe in the truth.
