Would you rather go online and watch online TV channels or Analog TV full of advertisements that reallly are not made for you.?

I think you mean Online tv or Commercial tv; not analog. Analog is the main format used by tv tuners/signals. Digital & HD will be replacing Analog in couple years. Shows streaming down the net are usually an analog signal converted into a digital signal, sent to your monitor, which may or may not convert it back to analog. For a TRUE digitalized picture from the net make sure the show says it's digital or HD and make sure your monitor and computer can process it if it is. Than being said... I'm a DVR fanatic. I record everything I want to watch on tv to my dvr's hard drive. Then I can watch it back and skip through all the commercials if I want to. I can watch an hour show in 44 minutes and a sitcom in 22! I haven't found, nor researched, any decent tv streams from the net. WOuld love one with great programming choice to try out though and would like your suggestions since you've been there done that. :-)

Regular b/c I just change the channels between commercial mostly.
