Facial hair is a pain in the butt. Every teenager girl and and woman knows it. Do not use any type of Nair, or hair removal product on your face!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! It's chemicals burn your skin and even if you may not see it now you will in the next five year.
Now that you've plucked it is going to come back darker then before so you can't stop; however, if you aren't one for having hot wax on your face being ripped off (its not that bad...but still), try a method called threading. It's common among Indian women who have dark facial hair. Find a local beauty salon who offers it and it's fairly cheap and it gets rid of those nasty little buggers for atleast a month.
When You tweeze, Do not pick or dig!!!! That will leave scars that will last a life time, if you already have get some Vitamin E cream or antibiotic cream.
Best of Luck To You

It is impossible for your hair to grow back darker or thicker. the same hair follicle that created the first hair you tweezed will grow the next hair the exact same color and thickness. The only reason it seems thicker is because it is short when it starts growing back. Try waxing your chin, that will help get all the hair at once and then you don't have to pick at it with tweezers.
Waxing may actually help the hair grow back slower and thinner.

whatever you do don't get the temptation to shave it. Otherwise, you will have a mustache. Ask your mom to take you to go get it waxed. It only costs @$7.00 to do at the salon. Plucking is OK too

Don't feel bad, I have that problem too, and so does alot of other people. You probably won't grow a big beard like you fear, so you just have to keep pluking that one, or use Nair for the face.

Nothing you can do. Unless you have an actual hormone imbalance, but you would have other symptoms in that case.
