Does anyone know if rapper singer Ne-yo is from Clarendon, Arkansas?

I had heard on the radio that he was from there, and on all his bios it just says arkansas so I was wondering if anyone else had heard if he was from Clarendon, Arkansas? I know he was raised in Las Vegas.

He's from Camden Arkansas but was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.
