Put it in your contract that ALL copyrights are to belong to you and not to the person building it.

Standard Contract covers that, also it falls under the IDMCRA, or DRMCA, or DRM or some new one that has been enacted. Have fun, build a site, no idea is original, so nothing can be stolen. I unnerstand your concerns, if ya dont trust the webmaster, or web technichian or anybody on the internet, your lawmakers, your base, or yourself, then who can you trust.

make them sign a contract. you could even do it by email and have it be legit. if you want i'll make your website..for a price of course....although i cant say you should trust me...can I? oh well..
