Did you try "light sandpaper"? Be careful not to breathe the dust, and depending how much you have to "get off" you may want to put something down on the ground; like an old sheet or tarp or piece of poly ~ in order to catch the debris.

power was it....little bit of WD 40 sprayed first and let it sit about 2 mins and then ower wash it....

Try fastorange hand cleaner, it shouldn't damage the siding.
